Summer Reading 2023

Registration for the 2023 Collaborative Library Summer Reading Program “All Together Now” starts on Monday, June 12th and continues through Friday, July 14th. The program is designed for listeners and readers, from tots to adults. Incentives are awarded upon completion of the listening/reading requirements.

Many activities and programs are planned.  Science Alive, an annual favorite, will visit the library on June 27th at 11:00 and 1:00.  Children can enjoy interactive rhythmic fun with Lori Fithian’s Drummunity Program, and Stevens Puppets will bring literature to life with marionettes.  Enjoy the comedy and circus related antics of Comedy Circus while learning about gravity, balance and motion.  The A2 Magic Show will be filled with amazing magic tricks and hilarious visual humor.  Many more programs are on tap and a brochure with all the details, dates and times will be given out at the time of registration.  The events will also be posted on the website calendar.  Advance sign up will be required to attend some of the programs.  Participant’s listening/reading charts must be submitted by 5 p.m. on Friday, August 11th when the program ends.

Let’s not forget about those eighteen years old and over.  Sign up to read or listen to five titles of your choice, write a short review of each one and receive a tote bag.
